Ajmichalka

AJ Michalka is an American performer, singer, songwriter, musician and model who was best known as one two members of the duo 'Aly and AJ.' She performs alongside her sister Aly Michalka. The two were born in Torrance, California, AJ was inspired by her mother, Carrie, who herself was a musician. AJ spent the majority of her youth in Torrance and also Seattle as well as Milwaukee. The two began playing the guitar and piano in the early years of their lives. They were already well versed in their field at the age of their adolescence. AJ started performing when she was 5 years old. She was also a performer in theatre productions at churches. AJ took part in productions for her school. AJ's acting experience began in 2002 when she was 11 years young and had a small role in the television series Passions.
